X Factor 2012: 2 Shoes say there’s “no hard feelings” towards Tulisa

Essex duo 2 Shoes have released their first single this week and say that there are no hard feeling towards Tulisa.
Many X Factor fans will know that 2 Shoes were axed last year, when Tulisa had to ditch one of her acts in the live shows. At the time it seemed that ditching Carley Bird and Lucy Texeira got to Tulisa, but a year on the girls are debuting their new single.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror while recording a Talk Talk ident, Charley also talked about her little boy, Beaux, who was born late last year, and who is her band mate Lucy’s godson.
Of him, Lucy said, “I love him,” and Charley joked, “She loves him, but she loves to give him back!”
Lucy added, “I’m not really a baby person but he’s not like a normal baby. He is a Shoe…
“He never cries, he talks all the time, and laughs. He’s not like a real baby.”
The girls then discussed their debut single, with Lucy saying, “Our debut single, Turn Me On (Turn Me Out) is released on September 3.
“I can’t believe it, I’m still in shock.”
When asked if they had any grudges again Tulisa, they said:
“We love T, that’s what we call her. She’s so down to earth, and that’s why we really connected with her.
“We’re not going to lie, we do think she should have kept us on the show.
“We had so much more to offer, but we hold no hard feelings, it was the best experience of our lives. We love her and we loved her debut single.
“We still keep in touch every now and again. I remember after we were booted off I was so upset, and Phillip Schofield came over and gave me a hug.
“That’s what you need at a time like that’ a hug from a silver fox.”
