X Factor 2012: Tulisa to sue manager of X Factor hopefuls ‘JukeBoxx’

Chris Herbert who was sacked from his consultancy role from ITV’s X Factor his his part in trying to cash in on THAT sex tape scandal, has rejoined the show as manager of one of the groups tipped to win the show “JukeBoxx”.
Chris was the genius behind the formation of 90′s pop group Spice Girls is currently managing JukeBoxx who wowed the judges at auditions in Manchester.
Talking to The Sun “Everyone was impressed, the crowd were on their feet. They sang original songs and had great choreography. They could win this.”
Another source said: “They were the stand-out act.”
Reportedly Tulisa will be horrified that Herbert is managing the boy band constituting of Adam Wallis, Daecolm Diego, Jazz Rocket and Xorael Harrison.
This is yet another blow to the knee for Tulisa after winning two court cases over THAT tape and making Justin Edwards reveal a public confession.
An insider told the paper: “The news JukeBoxx are managed by Chris will mortify Tulisa who is furious with him.”
“It is fair to say there is no love lost between Tulisa and Chris. She won’t be happy at the news he still has involvement with the show.
“But she is a pro and won’t allow this news to cloud her judgement.”
An X Factor spokesman said last night Herbert would be allowed to remain as JukeBoxx’s manager — despite being axed from his official role on the show.
