Strictly Come Dancing bosses want Chris Evans for show

Strictly Come Dancing 2012 bosses have reportedly been seeking the One Show presenter Chris Evans.
Chris is said to be on the ‘hitlist’ of names that BBC bosses want for the 2012 series which is set to start in September.
A Source told The Sun:“Chris would be a brilliant signing,”
“He is a TV legend and would bring his own brand of humour and charisma to the show, not to mention nine million Radio 2 fans and five million One Show fans.”
“Nothing is confirmed yet but we have our fingers crossed.”
If Chris does sign up this will put the pressure on him as he will be following the footsteps of co-presenters Alex Jones and Matt Baker who both made it to the last week of the show.
“Alex was worried about going on Strictly but loved every minute and has told Chris how much fun it was. The bosses hope her encouragement will swing it,”
